Meet Chatcart — a WhatsApp bot that shows your menu or catalogue, takes the order, and lets the customer pay by card or instant EFT. No app to build. No ~30% delivery-app commission. The money lands in your account the next day.
The actual problem
Uber Eats-style platforms can take up to ~30% of every order — and they own your customer, not you.
Orders buried in comments and chats, prices repeated fifty times a day, and the endless "did they actually pay?" guesswork.
Slow replies and no easy way to pay means a ready-to-buy customer gives up and orders from someone faster.
How Chatcart works
They message your WhatsApp number — from a saved contact, a wa.me link, or a QR code on your counter or flyer.
A tidy in-chat menu or catalogue. They tap items into a cart — no typing, no back-and-forth, no website needed.
A Paystack pay link lands in the chat — card or instant EFT. Money settles to your own bank account, T+1.
A clean paid-order ticket pings your phone — items, name, and delivery or collection. Nothing to chase.
See it for yourself
These are real, interactive chats — exactly what your customer sees. Nothing to install.
Sample vendor "Spice Route Kitchen" — browse the menu, add to cart, choose delivery or collection, and pay. Perfect for restaurants, takeaways, food trucks and home kitchens.

The maths
At R45,000 of monthly orders, a delivery app charging ~30% takes about R13,500 — every month. With Chatcart you pay a flat monthly fee and keep the sale (less only the standard card-processing fee). That's the difference between renting your customers and owning them.
Simple pricing
Billed monthly. Setup from R2,500 once-off — waived for our first pilot partners.
Card processing is the standard Paystack rate (2.9% + R1 per card order), deducted automatically per sale — the only cost that scales with your sales. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
